Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to help you evaluate the Service before paying. We strongly encourage you to use this period to decide if Prime Academics is right for you before subscribing.

2. No Refunds

Because we provide immediate, full digital access to lesson content upon payment, and offer a free trial period specifically to let you evaluate the Service beforehand, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including:

• Partial-month or partial-year unused subscription time.
• Accidental renewals, unless caused by a verified technical error on our end (see Section 3).
• Change of mind after the trial period has ended.

3. Exceptions

We will review and may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of:

• A duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our platform.
• A charge processed after you had already successfully cancelled before the renewal date.
• A confirmed unauthorised transaction on your payment method (subject to Razorpay's and your bank's fraud investigation process).

To request a review under these exceptions, email primaris.edu@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference within 7 days of the charge.

4. Cancellation

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your billing page. This stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.
